         Iepirkuma komisija secina, ka SIA “Forum Auto” ir vienīgais pretendents, kura iesniegtais piedāvājums ir pilnībā atbilstošs Lauku atbalsta dienesta rīkotajā atklātajā konkursā “Vieglo automobiļu iegāde” (Id.Nr. LAD 2017/1) izvirzītajām prasībām. Iepirkuma komisija konstatē, ka konkrētajā iepirkumā izvirzītās prasības pretendentiem ir analogas tām prasībām, kas tika izvirzītas citos Dienesta rīkotajos iepirkumos par automobiļu iegādi. Minētajos iepirkumos par automobiļu iegādi pieteicās arī citi pretendenti, proti, iepirkumā “Vieglo automobiļu iegāde” (Id. Nr.LAD 2014/1) pieteicās un atbilda visām nolikumā izvirzītajām prasībām šādi pretendenti: SIA “Forum Auto” un SIA “Skandi Motors”. Pie tam, pirms iepirkuma procedūras izsludināšanas veicot tirgus izpēti, tika konstatēts, ka iepirkuma 1. daļā tehniskai specifikācijai atbilstoši ir šādi automobiļi: Hyundai Tuscon, KIA Sportage, Ford Kuga, Wolksvagen Tiguan, kuriem Latvijā ir dažādi piegādātāji. Savukārt iepirkuma 2. daļā tehniskajā specifikācijā izvirzītajām prasībām atbilstošas ir šādas automašīnas: Citroën Berlingo, kuru Latvijā piedāvā SIA “Andre Motors” un Peugeot Partner Tepee, kuru Latvijā piedāvā SIA “Formu Auto” un SIA “Amserv Motors”. Līdz ar to iepirkuma komisija vienbalsīgi atzīst, ka nolikumā izvirzītās pretendentu atlases prasības ir objektīvas un samērīgas.
